　　電腦雙線下刀式分紙機

　　1、最大裁切張數(shù)為:

　　　　四開（刀輪五刀，壓線輪兩組計八線）

　　　　五開（刀輪六刀，壓線輪兩組計十線）

　　　　六開（刀輪七刀，壓線輪兩組計十二線）

　　2、本機器結(jié)構(gòu)為雙組壓線裝置加一組裁切系統(tǒng)。

　　3、刀輪座與壓線輪座均使用精密線性滑軌及滾珠螺桿。

　　4、采用單刀下刀式設(shè)計，刀徑270mm，上壓紙裝置采用優(yōu)力膠輪。

　　5、最小裁切距離為175mm。

　　6、使用下刀式裁切，能有效改善紙板印刷面的毛邊問題。

　　7、各刀均采用獨立式電動馬達，可單獨調(diào)整進刀量。

　　8、采用漸進式進刀，可依照紙板厚度設(shè)定。（需由生管系統(tǒng)送訊號）

　　9、各刀均有獨立刀刃磨刀器與注油系統(tǒng)，可由電腦設(shè)定自動磨刀時間或長度，也可使用手動磨刀，確保紙板切口平滑整齊。

　　10、壓線輪外徑為224mm.

　　11、下壓線輪高低不可調(diào)，上壓線輪以氣壓缸控制升降，并附有壓線深淺控制系統(tǒng)。

　　12、下壓線輪可采用三種不同型式之壓線裝置，分別為凸對凸、凸對凹，凸對平等三種組合。

　　13、最小壓線距離：單組165mm，雙組配合使用0mm。

　　14、裁切與壓線尺寸以電動馬達調(diào)整，1～13秒內(nèi)完成尺寸調(diào)整。

　　15、最多可輸入999組訂單，并可依實際需要先行輸出任何一組訂單。

　　16、機器可左右移動75mm，以適用紙邊偏移。

　　17、附電動式紙邊吸風嘴裝置（電腦設(shè)定）。

　　18、刀輪使用A.C.馬達+變頻器，線輪與雙面機采用相同形式馬達，皆可與雙面機做連線同步運轉(zhuǎn)。

　　19、使用兩臺連線更換訂單時，可不必切斷紙板及停機。

　　1.Slitting capacity:

　　　　4 out(slitting tool: 5 sets, and scoring tool: 2 sets and total is 8 scorings).

　　　　5 out(slitting tool: 6 sets, and scoring tool: 2 sets and total is 10 scorings).

　　　　6 out(slitting tool: 7 sets, and scoring tool: 2 sets and total is 12 scorings).

　　2.Structure is double scoring devices and adds one slitting system.

　　3.Slitting and scoring use precise linear bearing and ball screw.

　　4.Single blade use down slitting design, diameter 270mm, and upper scoring device using urethane.

　　6.Using down slitting type to scoring can effectively improve printing side of corrugated board’s fish-tail problem.

　　11.The height of lower scoring tool can not adjust, and upper scoring tool adjusted up and down by air cylinder; with scoring depth control system.

　　12.Lower scoring tools can furnish three types scoring device, with male to male, male to female, and male to flat.

　　13.Minimum scoring size: one set scoring tool: 165mm, two set scoring tool coordination: 0mm.

　　14.Slitting and scoring diameter adjust by motorized motor, and the diameter adjustment within 1～13 seconds.

　　15. UP to 999 order changes can be stored into memory, and can output any order according to actual demand.

　　16. Machine can left to right movement 75 mm to fit with web edge-guide.

　　17. With motorized web suction equipment (computer pre-set).

　　18. A.C.MOTOR+lnverter for slitting tool, and scoring tool using the same motor with Double Backer; can synchronous operate and ally with Double Backer.

　　19. Using two units ally with operation to order change without cut off corrugated board or stop machine.
