2、本機器結(jié)構(gòu)為雙組壓線裝置加一組裁切系統(tǒng).
3、刀輪座及壓線輪座使用精密級線性滑軌.（傳動采用研磨高精密齒排）
4、裁切及壓線精確度：±1mm.
5、上刀外徑:250mm.
6、最小裁切距離:160mm.
7、本機器裁刀方式為上刀式,每一刀均有單獨的自動刀刃磨刀器與注油器，可依紙質(zhì)不同而設(shè)定生產(chǎn)米數(shù)磨刀.
8、上壓線輪外徑:180mm.
9、下壓線輪可采用四種壓線裝置：凸對凸、凸對凸錯位、凸對凹、凸對平.
10、最小壓線距離:單組160mm，雙組配合使用0MM，附壓線深淺調(diào)整設(shè)定功能.
11、分紙及壓線座移動以伺服馬達(dá)個別控制,移動速度可達(dá)1~3mm/秒完成尺寸調(diào)整.
12、線輪及刀輪中間有自動壓紙防曲裝置.
13、最多可輸入999組尺寸.
14、可依實際需要輸出任何一組訂單生產(chǎn).
15、本機器可左,右移動75mm,以電動馬達(dá)方式調(diào)整.
16、附電動式紙邊吸風(fēng)咀裝置.
17、可與熱板部作同步運轉(zhuǎn).使用兩臺聯(lián)機后更換訂單時,可不必切斷紙板及停機.
